This site, Cultivating Words for Progress, explores language, creativity, and the ongoing journey of personal growth.

I have worked in education and lived abroad in Australia. After returning to Japan, I was employed by an association affiliated with a university, where I continue to work as of 2026. Although I had certain aspirations for my career, my current path turned out to be quite unexpected and different from what I had originally envisioned.

This space is where I reflect, rebuild, and make sense of those experiences, while sharing that journey with others.

The content is written in both Japanese and English for readers navigating transitions, self-development, and cross-cultural experiences.

このサイト「進むための言葉を耕し育んでいく」は、言語や創造性、継続的な自己成長の旅を探求する場です。

私は教育分野で働き、オーストラリアに滞在した経験があります。日本に戻った後は大学の傘下にあたる組織に雇われて、2026年現在もそこで働いています。キャリアに対する一定の志はあったものの、現在の道筋は当初の思い描いたいた状況とはかなり異なっており、予想外のものとなってしまいました。

この場は、そうした経験を見つめ直し、再び構築し、意味を見出していく空間であり、その旅路を他の方々と共有する場所でもあります。

内容は日本語と英語で書かれており、変化の時期にある方々、自己成長を目標とする方々、異文化体験をする方々に向けて発信しています。
